SPX FLOW maintains a world-class compliance program designed to ensure its employees are aware of and adhere to applicable laws and ethical standards. SPX FLOW maintains and enforces a Code of Business Conduct that summarizes the legal and ethical principles to which all SPX FLOW officers, directors and employees are required to adhere.
SPX FLOW has contracted with NAVEX Global to provide the EthicsPoint Hotline service, independent of SPX FLOW, dedicated to receiving any report of a violation or potential violation of these principles. The EthicsPoint Hotline enables anyone making a report to do so confidentially and anonymously via the internet or telephone.

SPX FLOW conducts investigations of these reports in a confidential and discreet fashion, and also prohibits any act of retaliation against employees reporting compliance concerns in good faith.
